Scholarships

Each year, the Rotary Club of Bainbridge Island offers educational grants ranging from $500 to $5,000 to graduating seniors from Bainbridge Island. Since Rotary works to advance international understanding, goodwill, and peace through a world fellowship of business and professional persons united in the ideal of service, our educational grants are competitively awarded with a strong focus on community service. Other factors Rotary considers are leadership, academic record, and financial need.

Rotary seeks to provide opportunities to a wide range of students who give of themselves to their communities. Many of our educational grants go to students entering traditional college programs, but funds are also targeted toward students entering vocational/technical schools and programs, apprenticeships and two-year colleges.
