Important Change This Year:
The Merchants Silent Auction and the Live Auction will be held Friday evening, June 27. Doors open 6 PM. See above schedule.
Pick Up
We are able to pick up a limited number of donation items. This service is designed to primarily assist those who have no way of dropping off donation items at Woodward School. Phone (206) 842-9111 for information.
Merchant Donations
Catalogue deadline is June 1. Gift certificates can be generated by Rotary or a Rotarian can pick up donated items. Merchants Live and Silent Auction coordinator is Joanne Ellis, (206) 842-0630,
joanneellis50@hotmail.com.
Park and Ride
Kitsap Transit will provide shuttle service from Ordway Elementary School (Madison Avenue North), Bethany Lutheran Church (Finch Road), Bainbridge Alliance Church (Sportsman Club Road) and Bainbridge First Baptist Church (Madison and 305). Service begins at 7:00 AM and ends at 2:00 PM.
