About the Rotary Auction

For close to half a century, the Rotary Auction has had the same goal - to raise money for worthy causes. This is the 47th year for the event, now held over two days at Woodward Middle School on Sportsman Club Road. The Silent and Live Auctions are on Friday evening, June 27th, featuring donations from area merchants. The Silent Auction is 4-7 PM with the Live Auction running 7-9 PM. There is no Buyer's Premium; that is, unlike most charitable auctions, Rotary does not charge a Buyer's Premium fee to support the cost of holding the event. Your bid amount is the final amount due. Entry to Friday night's festivities is a $1 donation, which also allows you to map out your plan for the next day's Rummage Sale. The Rummage Sale Preview runs concurrent with Friday night's Silent Auction from 4-7 PM.

Then, hang onto your hats as the rope drops Saturday morning at 8 AM to herald the start of the largest Rummage Sale you can imagine! Prior to the 8 AM start, coffee and donuts will be available for purchase. It's a great chance to mingle with your neighbors, everyone in great anticipation for the sale to begin. On Saturday, June 28th, the Rummage Sale runs 8 AM-2 PM. Rummage Sale donations will be accepted at Woodward for a full week, beginning on Wednesday, June 18th at 7 AM and ending at 8:30 PM Tuesday, June 25th.
